Good friends, great wine… ya gotta have good food! Our fresh locally sourced menu is the perfect match.
Our sandwiches are made to order from El Rancho Market while the potato chips and desserts are made fresh from our, very own kitchen. El Rancho uses the freshest, locally sourced ingredients available focusing on the homemade concept. The ciabatta rolls and the croissants are baked directly from El Rancho. The sandwich rolls and sliced bread are from a local bakery.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose a sandwich or a salad from the list below. (One per Person)
- We will supply cold filtered water to accompany lunch.
- All sandwiches come with homemade potato chips and a dessert.
- NOTE: Lunch orders must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to tour.
Hollister: Smoked turkey, tomato, fresh basil, brie, and mayo on a fresh croissant.
Figueroa: Ham, mortadella, cotto salami, lettuce, onion, tomato, pepperoncinis, oil & vinegar, provolone, mayo, and mustard on a French roll.
Stagecoach Special: Roast beef, cheddar, onion, lettuce, tomato, and pub style horseradish on a sourdough roll.
El Camino Real (Veggie): Cucumbers, sprouts, onion, lettuce, tomato, roasted red bell peppers, cheddar, jack, garlic mayo, and Dijon mustard on toasted whole wheat bread.
Tortilla Twister: Chicken tenders, tomato, lettuce, and homemade ranch dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Ballard Canyon Delight: Made HOT with ham, spicy mustard, brie, tomato, arugula, and dressed with vinaigrette on a baguette.
Ultimate Foxen Canyon: Made HOT with parma prosciutto, mozzarella, marinated artichoke hearts, and rosemary mayo on a toasted baguette.
El Rancho’s BBQ Tri-Tip: Tender beef Tri-Tip with choice of bread and condiments.
Hot Pastrami or Corned Beef: Pastrami or Corned Beef on marble rye with mustard, served with a fresh dill pickle.
Barry Ann’s Sandwich: Choice of bread, meat, cheese, veggies, and condiments.
Chicken Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, roasted chicken, parmesan, black olives, crotons, and Caesar dressing.
Chef Salad: Iceberg mix, strips of ham, turkey, cheddar and jack cheese, tomatoes, olives, a hardboiled egg, and ranch dressing.
Asian Chicken Salad: Mixed greens, roasted chicken, slivered almonds, crispy wontons, mandarin oranges, and Asian vinaigrette.
Spinach Cobb Salad: Spinach, roasted chicken, bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, a hardboiled egg, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Gaviota Gobler: Ovengold turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cranberry sauce on a French roll.
American Riviera: Italian ham, genoa salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, pepperoncini, and vinaigrette dressing on a French roll.
Italian Sub: Ham, salami, capicola, pepperoni, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and vinaigrette dressing on a French roll.
Santa Ynez Rancher: Deluxe roast beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, red onion, BBQ and horseradish sauce on a French roll.
Ventura Veggie: (Veggie): Cucumber, lettuce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, red onion, roasted red peppers, cheddar and jack cheese, garlic mayo and dijon mustard on sliced wheat.
Turkey Wrap: Cream cheese, dijon mustard, lettuce, turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, tomato, avocado wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Rincon Ruben: Pastrami, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing on toasted rye.
Chicken Caesar Salad: Chopped romaine lettuce, chicken, parmesan, Caesar dressing, and house made croutons.
Chef Salad: Mixed greens, ham, turkey, cheddar and jack cheese, tomato, egg, and ranch dressing.
Oriental Chicken: Mixed greens, grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, crispy noodles, and sesame dressing.
Fiesta Salad: Chicken or tri-tip, mixed greens, pico de gallo, black beans, corn, tortilla strips, and chipotle ranch dressing.
Cobb Salad: Mixed greens, grilled chicken, tomatoes, bacon, crumbled blue cheese, egg, and balsamic dressing.
Spinach Salad: Baby spinach, feta cheese, cranberries, candied pecans, and raspberry vinaigrette.
